Product Details

Our fruit-forward, double-fermented vinegars add zing to salads, cheese plates, and even cocktails. Each vinegar holds distinct flavor palate and tasting notes, and is lovingly made on a small family farm in California.

Includes:

Rapture is a raw Balsamic Vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.

Parasol is a raw Champagne Vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges.

Our vinegars are each packaged in a 200 mL / 6.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.

Enjoy With

Rapture's bold, berry notes bring decadence to a dish and are best enjoyed drizzled over fresh fruits, cheeses, greens and desserts.

Parasol's bright citrusy notes bring a zippy bite and subtle effervescent quality to dressings, grilled produce and cocktails.

Health Benefits

Brightland vinegar includes the mother, a naturally occurring enzyme packed with gut-healthy bacteria.

Harvest Details

Brightland’s vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.

From The Tastemakers

Over the Top

I use your vinegars and oils to make my salad dressings, but this weekend I made a Greek chickpea salad and used the Rosette olive oil and instead of white wine vinegar as the recipe called for, I used the Brightland Champagne vinegar. Honestly, these two changes and the addition of artichokes, took this recipe over the top.

Best Vinegar Ever

The Parasol Champagne Vinegar is delicious! After my first try—several years ago—I was hooked and never had bottled dressing (or any other vinegar) on my salad again!

Wonderful gift

My first (and won’t be my last) experience with Brightland was outstanding. Lots of gift options to choose from and I know my sister and her husband will enjoy “The Pair”. I look forward to trying some vinegars and oils myself. What a great find in Brightland.

Jill

Perfecto!

Absolutely delicious! Much more complex taste (as Brightland always is) than store bought balsamic that is very heavy on vinegar and has an acutely acidic taste. Used this in a caprese pasta and it perfectly married with the burst tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Yum!

Maddie

Parasol Vinegar - fave of all time!

I discovered this vinegar around a year ago, and I swear by it! It is bright, citrus forward, elevated and crisp. I will not use anything else when making vinaigrettes at home. I also brighten up soups, stews, veg dishes with it! Thank you, Brightland!

Parasol is AMAZING!

The Parasol is so juicy and bright. It makes the BEST vinaigrette and marinade ever! I do wish the price was for a 250ml bottle because then I could justify going through it so quickly and repurchasing but delicious nonetheless!
