Artist Details

Aurora's label was created in collaboration with Shawna X, the creative and artistic practice of New York based creative, Shawna Xiayun Huang, known for her vibrant and graphical image-making. Shawna enjoys projects about cultural identity, the creative process, and motherhood. She creates experiences in music, fashion, technology, collaborating with clients such as New Yorker, MINI, Academy Awards, Nike, Google, and Ghostly International.

From the artist: “The notes of the oil is smooth, with a gentle kick and pop of flavor. I wanted to recreate this sensation in the artwork with a nod to the rosemary plant itself. The blended, blurring quality recreates the taste profile, with some fun graphic elements to allude to the subtle kick of flavor."

Harvest Details

Made in California, enjoyed everywhere. Brightland's olives are lovingly grown on family farms in California’s Central Coast and Valley, where the very best soil and climate meet sustainable farming practices. These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle of Brightland olive oil reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.

Made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with rosemary extract.

From the Tastemakers

Best olive oil ever!

The rosemary infused olive oil is by far the best I’ve ever tried! So delicious! Thank y’all!

Megan

The best stuff ever.

I absolutely am in love with the lemon and rosemary infused olive oils. SO. GOOD. Will continue to purchase.

Caitlin C.

Delicious

So good! The rosemary and garlic oils are my new favorite! I have used them for SO many things, including but not limited to popcorn seasoning, dressings, dips, and marinades. These also made for great Christmas gifts! Everyone I have gifted to only had great to say!

Kelly M.

Aurora - perfectly named! Highly recommend.

This truly surprised me in a good way! I've had other infused oils before, and was not prepared for how strong the rosemary flavor would be in Brightland's Aurora. It is perfectly blended into the oil and is prominent! I truly don't think I've tasted the best of rosemary until this!

Trisha

Excellet for Dipping

This is a excellent olive oil for dipping or cooking with All Brightland olive oil flavors a subtle to taste and very delicious I would definitely recommend this brand.
