After my first try—several years ago—I was hooked and never had bottled dressing (or any other vinegar) on my salad again! ##### Elizabeth J. #### Perfecto! Absolutely delicious! Much more complex taste (as Brightland always is) than store bought balsamic that is very heavy on vinegar and has an acutely acidic taste. Used this in a caprese pasta and it perfectly married with the burst tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Yum! ##### Maddie #### Parasol Vinegar - fave of all time! I discovered this vinegar around a year ago, and I swear by it! It is bright, citrus forward, elevated and crisp. I will not use anything else when making vinaigrettes at home. I also brighten up soups, stews, veg dishes with it! Thank you, Brightland! ##### Tracy S. #### Fabulous Vinegar I received my order of the pair of vinegars, thank you. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I am just delighted with your product, so glad I found it on Facebook. Both vinegars are incredibly flavorful so much so that I was savoring a teaspoon full of each every morning for the first week. The blackberry balsamic vinegar is a 15 on a 1-10 scale on halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, WOW! Thanks again! ##### Kim C. #### A great gift! I received a gift of the champagne vinegar, and I ended up loving it so much I bought my own once I finished it! It's just a tiny bit sweet - not too much - and excellent clean flavor. I love it on micrograms and vinegar cole slaw. So tasty! ##### Jerilyn Next ## Recipes to Inspire Previous \\ \\ **BrightRx: PARASOL Gin Fizz**](/content/blogs/recipes/elliott-clark-recipe/index.html) \\ \\ **Orzo Salad with Dill, Dates, & Feta**](/content/blogs/recipes/orzo-salad-with-dill-dates-feta/index.html) \\ \\ **Greek Panzanella Salad**](/content/blogs/recipes/greek-panzanella-salad/index.html) \\ \\ **Burrata with Pickled Zucchini Ribbons**\\ \\ **GF** **VG**](/content/blogs/recipes/burrata-with-pickled-zucchini-ribbons/index.html) \\ \\ **Watermelon, Cucumber, & Feta Salad**\\ \\ **GF** **VG**](/content/blogs/recipes/watermelon-cucumber-feta-salad-with-crushed-coriander-seed-vinaigrette/index.html) Next Previous Next 4.9 Rated 4.9 out of 5 stars Based on 166 reviews 5 Rated out of 5 stars 160 Total 5 star reviews: 160 4 Rated out of 5 stars 2 Total 4 star reviews: 2 3 Rated out of 5 stars 1 Total 3 star reviews: 1 2 Rated out of 5 stars 1 Total 2 star reviews: 1 1 Rated out of 5 stars 2 Total 1 star reviews: 2 Reviews 166(tab expanded) Questions (tab collapsed) Filters [Write a Review (Opens in a new window)](https://okendo.reviews/?subscriberId=259c94dd-ad43-4ad3-a917-f642790541d8&productId=shopify-4679210565695&locale=en&okeChannel=reviews-widget-write-review-button) 166 reviews Sort Most RecentOldestMost HelpfulHighest RatingLowest RatingLeast Helpful - **LS** **Linda S.** Verified Buyer Reviewing [Parasol Champagne Vinegar](/content/products/parasol?variant=32671680495679/index.html) I recommend this product Rated 5 out of 5 stars 3 days ago Its the best!
